Managing Your Imagery
Express Server makes managing your imagery simple. By using a simple catalog methodology with your file system, you can rapidly load your imagery into Express Server and start deploying your imagery. For increased manageability, you can enlist Oracle databases running LizardTech Spatial Express as Express Server image catalogs. Express Server's integration with Oracle Spatial 10gR2 means that you can store images hundreds of gigabytes in size in your enterprise database. Express Server also takes advantage of the GMLJP2 (Geography Markup Language for JPEG 2000) standard for representing geospatial metadata in your JPEG 2000 imagery. Approved by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), GMLJP2 enables you to deliver geopositioning information intact to your users' GIS applications. Data Sheets
